Eaton located in Greenwood, SC has an opening for a Capacitor Assembler- 2nd Shift .
The Capacitor Assembler must become and remain proficient in the assembly of Packs, Extensions & Section Insulation, Compress & Band, Separate & Crimp; Installation of Lead Wires, Resistors, Assembly Boards & Covers, and Major Insulation. Must be able to work closely with the Group Leader, Job Setter and Production Supervisor to maintain Safety, Production and Quality requirements.

You will perform machine set ups for various sized capacitor units.
You will check specifications and necessary drawings for proper assembly.
You will operate all machines within department to ensure quality product.
You will perform all capacitor assembly operations: resistor assembly, lead wire assembly, pack assembly, separate and crimp packs, resistor and crimp lead wire assembly, banding of major insulation, tank-up, and cover assembly.

High school diploma or GED from accredited institution.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Must live within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC. No relocation Benefits provided.
One year of manufacturing assembly experience.
Experience operating an pneumatic crimping gun.
