Our two-year Marketing and Sales Trainee Program offers a unique and exciting opportunity to kick-off your Marketing & Sales career at Cummins:
You will work on four exciting six-month assignments, one in each of the four business units across Europe.
Your rotation program will be customized and aligned to recognize your strengths and career goals.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
University or college degree in the field of Sales or Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Minimal relevant professional work experience required.
Additional to Sales the EMSDP Associate will be working onkey responsibilities related to the Marketing function:
-Helps to develop marketing plans by preparing basic market research and pricing analyses.
-Presents data to manager for discussion and interpretation.
-Provides project management support and communicates plans, deadlines, and achievements to project team members.
-Learns the global brand strategy and how to align work products to that strategy.
-Learns about relevant marketing and sales systems and processes; collects customer satisfaction data to present to manager for discussion and interpretation.
-Learns relevant channel to support marketing activities.
-Teams with and collaborates across regions and business units.
-Participates in continuous improvement activities.
The EMSDP is looking to hire 4 Associates to enter the program in September 2020, with base country location in Sweden, Poland and Germany.
