Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an innovative and dynamic Electronics Technician to join our team in Groton, CT. Position requires the ability to troubleshoot and repair both analog and digital electronics assemblies down to component level. Must be able to utilize test equipment associated with electronic repair to include multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment. Must be able to read and interpret schematics, blue prints, and technical publications. Applicant must also be familiar with Navy Repair Standards and ESD safe handling practices.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma

  • Have or the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance, (which requires U.S. citizenship)

  • Vocational or military equivalent electronics training

Preferred Qualifications

10 years military or equivalent civilian experience in electronics repair, familiar with Navy Repair Standards and ESD policy and procedure.
