Job Description

IT Specialists in this job role have expertise in analysis and description of business processes, and their translation into functional and non-functional IT requirements. Business analysts act as the interpreters between the worlds of IT and business. Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and non-functional requirements, use-cases, process models, and impact analysis. IT Specialists in this role primarily apply their technical and business process skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment. The employee focuses on individual/team/department/ operational objectives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Business Analyst for Customer Order Management Application, person in this role will work on Agile environment, being responsible on analyzing business requirements and translation them into technical specifications; Actively participate in meetings with process stakeholders/product owners to understand as-is processes and to design to-be processes; Use strategic thinking and IBM processes to determine the business needs. Partner with internal groups to implement solutions; Conduct User Acceptance test and perform production support.

2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements

2+ years of Experience on Web applications

2+ years of experience on Reporting Tools

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

As a Business Analyst , person in this role will work on Agile environment, will work with the business team gathering / analyzing requirements , applying process and system knowledge , and within own Application Team to groom requirements and identify technical solution; will also interact and drive technical activities for development, testing and support . Person in this job role will also interact with collegues around the world from applications interacting with application supported and Fulfillment Business Users for implementation of larger changes and/or providing problem resolution.
