Eaton Corporation Sales Engineer in Guadalajara, Mexico

Responsible for achieving sales goal and executing action plans within an assigned sales territory and/or accounts. Responsible for growing their customers accounts in terms of sales, inventory mix, pricing and profitability while maintaining win-to-win agreements and providing an excellent customer service.

a. Builds close relationship with external and internal customers.

b. Elaborates visit customer agenda with a report out and action plan.

c. Captures customers contact information (purchasing, accounts payable, warehouse, planning, operations, staff, etc).

d. Delivers updated and innovated product expert trainings

e. Reviews inventory mix levels and suggests action plans.

f. Facilitates the communication with account receivable and DC to get the accounts updated.

g. Communication and support to internal customers to solve any issue related with the assigned accounts.

h. Maintain POP and MKT material with assigned accounts.

i. Supports the assigned accounts to penetrate new markets (resale, hardware, end user, etc.).

j. Supervise In-Store Sales Promoters.

k. Get voice of the customer (VOC) to contribute to our product roadmap

l. Reports out all the competitors initiative to support business intelligence

m. Analyzes market trends and customer performance to set a strategy and business review.

n. Provides and accurate Sales Forecast

o. Promotes Eaton´s complete offer, products, solutions and services.

Qualifications• BS Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering

• Experience: 3-5 years in similar position

• English: Written and spoken

• SAP or any ERP

• Windows Office

• 100% travel availability
