This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Mange EOPEX team which including ECC, GP, tools,process improvement function.

  • Support Enovia, Unity SAP, PDH system deployment and upgrade in PQ, set up or optimize related process.

  • Optimize NPD and RD operation process, develop new tool to improve RD work efficiency, manage NPD documents.

  • Support requirements from CoE team, set up related process.

  • Support DFSS GB/BB certification, optimize ISO document which related with RD.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Manage EOPEX team, set development target, training engineer’s competencies, achieve department target.

  • Support Enovia, Unity SAP, PDH system deployment and upgrade in PQ, set up or optimize related process.

  • Solve issues when operating Enovia, Unity SAP, and PDH.

  • Optimize RD operation process such as ECO, ECR, Part number application, part number approval.

  • Optimize PROLaunch NPD process and detailed NPD process, solve cross function issues, improve development efficiency.

  • Develop new tools to improve NPD and function operation efficiency. Set up NPD document management system.

  • Support requirements from CoE team, set up related process.

  • Support DFSS GB/BB certification, optimize ISO document which related with RD.

  • Manage GP team, optimize GP process, support GP requirement from customer and NPD.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master degree with Electrical, mechanical major.

  • Good skill in English writing, listening and speaking.

  • Has experience as manager of people, as least manage more than 5 peoples.

  • Has experience of developing new product as engineer, understand NPD process.

  • Had better have project management experience, has ever leaded important project.

  • Familiar with Product Lifecycle Management system (Enovia experience is prefer) deployment and improvement, understand integration methodologies between PLM and SAP systems.

  • With good communication and coordinate competency, has ever optimized NPD or RD process, solved cross function problems.

  • Had better has GB/BB certification, familiar with GP regulation and process.
