This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Develops and prioritizes working plans and goals/targets to support plant KPI. Serves as key member driving EQS and EBE system implementation in plant. Prompts MESH elements deployment and assures LSR and EHS requirement are clearly identified, implemented and monitored.
Arranges planned audits internal and external, contingency plans are required in terms of urgency and critical level. Identifies gap in quality system and form up CAPA by following up through to completion. Implements layered process audit system and follow up actions (LPA).
Builds collaborative and mutual-beneficial relationship with customers and suppliers, by providing proactive actions and responses through 8D, CQM, CAR and QN, VN response system, and both material and product reliability and assurance.
Monitors new product development for APQP and transition program, manufacturing process performance for both NPI and mass production product, supplier related material and system issue resolving progress.
Builds mechanism measuring both customer and supplier performance, as to drive continual improvement and tracks metrics to exceed goals of CONC, Internal, External and supplier DPPM.
Identifies and develop training plans, internal and external, deploys lesson learned practices to drive operational and functional excellence.
Assesses improvement opportunities and provide guidance and tools to eliminate non-value-added activities, develops continual improvement plan and monitors the efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor ‘s degree with a minimum of 10+ years in automotive related or EMS manufacturing experience is preferred.
Solid experience of ISO/TS 16949 system development and implementation. Expertise on 5 core tools utilization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong influence, coaching and consulting skills.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Aptitude for analyzing business needs, determine appropriate solutions and/or opportunities and deploy them.
Willing to work under pressure.
SAP experience or other ERP system experience
Minitab or other statistical software
8D/Problem solving training
