IBM Bid Proposal Support Specialist in GUANGZHOU, China

Job Description

The Bid Proposal Supporting align with Bid Manager help sales to complete bidding document preparation of the tender, through the understanding of RFP, provide bid proposal template to make sure it meet the RFP/RFI requirements. Drive content update and provide document management, finally complete consistent, accurate, complete bid proposal, and according to client's requirement, provide printing packaging and other local support.

Bid Proposal Supporting Responsibility:

  • Create bid proposal template that ensures all client requirements are addressed base on RFP/RFI requirement;

  • Consolidate proposal content and version control to ensure Integrity, accuracy and consistent, all components follow the requirements of Client's or RFP/RFI;

  • Align with BM, make sure the content of proposal follows IBM's process, comply with IBM's compliance requirements;

  • Align with bid team, provide reusable standard company or brand information to meet RFP/RFI or Client's requirement;

  • Provide formatting to enable RFP required styles review and update for alignment of content to one structure;

  • Provide physical supporting in location to meet client requests, include print, scan, chop, seal and packaging;

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • College or above education

  • Good English communication, strong Writing with English;

  • Familiar with Microsoft office software, especially Word and Excel;

  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team based environment;

  • Ability to work under pressure – especially under tight client deadlines

  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task
