Oracle Advanced Customer Support has been providing outstanding personalized and proactive mission critical support to our 4,000 customers in all major industries globally, offering support through every step of our customer’s lifecycle.
Identify and understand customer's IT support and operational challenges.
Proposes ACS solutions to address customer's business/IT problems.
Creating and maintaining compelling Value Propositions for ORACLE ACS solutions in the designated territory Leading C-level negotiations.
Entrench and build long-term business relationship with key customer accounts.
Focusing on top ORACLE customers running robust IT environments Reaching the overall target for the territory, business management in the territory including pipeline building, accurate and timely forecasting and cooperation with other ORACLE Lines of Business (LOBs).
Work with Oracle xLOB to position ACS services/solutions as part of end-to-end Oracle solutions
Responsible for selling Oracle's product services:-
Primary responsibility may include finding and generating new customers.
Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
Technically savvy on technology adoption and have Enterprise Architect exposure and skillset.
Handled big team/Bid process experience.
Understand Enterprise and Government industry apps building blocks.
Develop strategies to align enterprise transformations with both Oracle internal and customer architects and explaining the business value of services.
Deep understanding of the business and operational drivers of performance for Enterprise and Governmentcustomers.
At least 10 years of IT services/ product sales experience

8-12 years of services sales experience. Able to work under tight deadlines. Self-starter able to prioritize given responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. BS/BA preferred. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
