Job Description:

  1. Agree, monitor and achieve sales targets for both new and existing customers (Volume, Revenue, C3, Credit). Motivate the distributors team to exceed the target

  2. Jointly with RTM, Marketing and Technical Team to continuously improve business performance of distributors, Strategy, CVPs, Price Management and Customer Offer book and take appropriate action to improve performance

  3. Execute Local Distributor Actions based on agreed Business Plan

  4. Effectively implement Sales 1st, Price Management, S&OP/Forecasting and Customer Standard Offerbook

  5. Ensure Distributor team properly Developed via implementations of LubeCoach Program

  6. Monitor and achieve Distributor sales productivity performance indicators via D-SPANCOP/OWL: Pipeline Strength, Target Delivered, Hit Rate, Cycle Time, Customer Churn

  7. Implementation of DVP to get Distributors full alignment including Rollout of DMM program
