Job Description

CACI is seeking a cleared Systems Analyst – Applications in Hampton, VA. You will serve in all activities in direct support to site leadership and CACI's Operations Manager. You will be part of a team that is bringing the newest technologies to the Air Force through the Distributed Ground System-Experimental (DGS-X) system at Langley AFB, VA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Monitor DCGS exercise support and planning efforts for AF DCGS Weapon System modernization while emulating operational capabilities

  • Oversee integration of related hardware and software capabilities into the DGS-X baseline

  • Provide recommendations for Concepts of Operations (CONOP) and Transition to Independence Process (TTP) development and changes, and provide operator support in their development

  • Participate in the test/evaluation process and ensure baseline and auxiliary systems meet Technical Requirements Document objectives

  • Collaborate with team resources to ensure that the DGS-X baseline architecture is returned to its original configuration after testing

  • Work closely with HAF/A2, ACC, AFRL, battle labs, commercial vendors and other industry partners to provide independent, unbiased support thorough review of transitional and emerging technologies affecting AF DCGS

  • Represent DGS-X and participate in key senior-level meetings with government, academia and industry

  • Provide innovative visions and substantiate recommendations on integrating and delivering new capabilities and technologies

  • Support the AF DCGS Deficiency Report (DR) Review Board by analyzing AF DCGS Enterprise DR’s

  • Serve as the Project Lead for AFLCMC/HBGX (Det 1) on selected integration and innovation initiatives

  • Attend Program Management Reviews and other ISR ground station and capability-related forums

  • Serve as a liaison with the DCGS Family of Services (DCGS-IC, DCGS-A, DCGS-N, DCGS-MC and DCGS-SOF)

  • Support integration of new ISR platform during ISE, IOT&E and NIIRS evaluations.

  • Collaborate with Joint lab facilities with the objective of leveraging their resources to test AF DCGS compatibility with upcoming C4 capabilities.

  • Support and participate in spectral (both multi- and hyper-) sensor development and deployment

  • Support technology demonstration events to assess candidates for further evaluation toward formal integration into a Bulk Release program or fielding.

  • Interface with the Technology Development IPT, AFRL, NGA and other agencies developing new ISR tools, and Capabilities Working Groups

  • Support integration of 480 ISRW non-baseline systems (IAS, UNICORN, etc.) to enable DGS-X to emulate true end-to-end AF DCGS operations

  • Support AF DCGS coalition interoperability efforts, such as MAJIIC/CENTAUR/BICES

  • Support parallel event planning to maximize site workload capacity and Multi-Baseline Architecture capability to support simultaneous activities.

The Distributed Ground System-Experimental (DGS-X) is the focal point for innovation and integration activities including demonstrations, engineering evaluations and operational/military utility assessments.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 year of equivalent experience.

  • Project Lifecycle Management
