Support the business by managing the implementation and ongoing maintenance of various projects. Ensures the end state of the project or business operation meets the objectives and all of the deliverables and due dates are met.

Fundamental Components:

Track and communicate the status on multiple projects in various stages of implementation on a regular basis to all impacted parties.

Collaborate with and ensure stakeholders are appropriately engaged.

Provide input on a business plan to achieve business goals.

Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal (these may be cross-functional/segment) may also include external parties.

Develop recommendations based on complex data and root cause analysis.

Acts as an advocate for change may require influencing others to see if value in the project.


3-5 years related work experience.

Proven track record meeting project dates.

Demonstrated leadership in decision making and problem solving techniques.

Effective facilitation/presentation to a group via phone and in person.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

Position in the Newark DE or Harrisburg PA office. Potential for WAH part time after training period. If person is strong enough of a candidate, they may be able to work in another state.
