What you’ll be doing...
You will be leading a team of consultants delivering Payment Card Industry (PCI) security solutions to global clients to safeguard their business and reputation. You will manage and motivate the team that is finding the holes and vulnerabilities in client systems and offering solutions to close gaps. Your team will implement our professional services and state-of-the-art technology to ensure our business customers maintain a more secure environment, keeping their own systems secure and their customer information protected. The work you and your team will do every day is essential to both our success and the success of our clients.
You understand the importance of credit card security for companies and their customers and appreciate the magnitude of the risk of emerging security threats to their reputation and business. You have a knack for conveying the complex in ways people can understand. People trust you and clients seek out your advice and expertise. Leading, motivating, and developing a virtual team of professionals to achieve outstanding results is personally rewarding.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating, and developing a virtual team of 8-10 security consultants.
Overseeing the team’s management and implementation of security solutions for customers.
Ensuring appropriate resource allocation to ensure client satisfaction.
Building client relationships and consulting on complex corporate security.
Documenting procedures, standards, and guidelines to support best practices and compliance.
Evaluating performance and providing feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of experience in PCI security compliance.
Experience with PCI DSS requirements and validation methodologies.
IT infrastructure, information security, and PCI compliance experience.
Performed level 1 PCI assessments and audited IT security controls.
PCI-QSA, PCI-ISA, PA-DSS, P2PE-QSA, CISSP and/or CISA certification. (Fully meet al Pre-Qualifications to be a Qualified Security Assessor)
Lead a team. Ideally, geographically dispersed team of consultants.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
An MBA or other Master’s Degree.
Consulted in a professional services environment on information security solutions like Firewall, Network Administration, Security Architecture / Analyst, Security Engineering, Penetration Testing.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
