Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Oracle Public Sector Compliance and Regulation (PSCR) - Fusion Solution
As a member of the Oracle Public Sector Consulting team, your focus is to deliver technical solutions during implementations of Public Sector Compliance and Regulation while advocating for customer needs.
First released in Q4 2018, Public Sector Compliance and Regulation (PSCR) is an Oracle-developed Fusion Application purpose-built for local Government. It enables the management of community development functions such as permitting, inspections, planning and zoning with more to come in future releases. PSCR brings powerful capabilities to a traditionally underserved market by incorporating products like Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Policy Automation, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
At this early stage in the product lifecycle, the implementation environment will evolve rapidly, allowing tremendous opportunity for professional growth and development.
The Senior Principal Technical Consultant will work with very limited guidance from management. Will be polished, professional, articulate and technically savvy with all the soft skills that demonstrate being client presentable and being the go-to person that customers expect and need.
The Sr Consultant will perform varied and complex duties while implementing PSCR as part of an integrated business solution.
Preparing reports, stewarding customers through data migrations and system integrationsand other system configuration tasks as needed.
Must exercise independent judgment while combining industry best practices, product knowledge and business acumen.
Delivers solutions consistently resulting in exceptional customer experience while leveraging various Oracle technologies.
Performs duties within constraints of time, budget and security compliance.
Communicates effectively with management of customer organizations and participates in business development activities.
May lead project-wide aspects of solution design and implementation.
Must exhibit strong influencing skills and the ability to build rapport with both team members and clients.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
*Job Requirements: *
6 years experience implementing technical solutions such as system integrations, business process automations, reports and data migrations for enterprise systems
6 years experience with Oracle Database or Microsoft SQL Server - 2 years each min
6 years experience writing SQL with some hands-on experience with PL/SQL or Transact-SQL
4 years experience with Public Sector customers in the Land Management, Code Enforcement, Permitting and Licensing domains
Hands-on technical delivery experience with Cloud applications
Experience leading a team
Candidates with ALL of the above experience will have first priority. All candidates need a minimum of 4 out of 6 to be considered.

Understand that Oracle projects are non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization.
Have the ability to navigate, make recommendations and develop solutions within a variety of Public Sector IT departments, infrastructure, etc.
Additional preferred experience:
3-4 years of consulting experience
Utilization of agile project management methodology
Experienced using Oracle Integration Cloud, DMN and FEEL
Proficient with both PL/SQL and Transact-SQL
Proficient with Groovy Script
Experience with Oracle BI Publisher & Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence
Experience with RESTful web services
System Integration Analysis and Development
Data Conversion/Migration Analysis and Development
Ability to travel up to 50% US Nationwide - Candidates must be based in the continental US and be able and willing to travel US Nationwide Mon Thurs/Fri
