Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

This position will support business rules management (BRM) technology development utilizing IBM ILOG/ODM applications for PIBT Product. This role is needed to ensure continued capacity of a rules builder/designer/tester. Primary responsibilities include working closely with tech lead and business units to accurately analyze, review detailed requirements and execute rule development supported by Business Rules. The position implements project tasks assigned to business rules for the following types of PI projects: strategic, new product development and enhancements, speed to market and ongoing maintenance initiatives. This position is designed to further broaden skills in the areas of systems analysis and quality engineering to align with PI Technology’s T-shaped people and shift-left quality discipline. Provides ability to accurately analyze requirements, estimate, build, test, debugging, documentation with attention to detail and high quality in an Agile delivery methodology with a high degree of accuracy. Communicate and provide business rule specific consulting and feedback to team/business units as appropriate.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, provides intermediate programming, configuring and/or analysis skills for specific system assignments. Manages interaction between the systems and corporate technical support areas when additional support is required. Troubleshoots, conducts impact analysis, and escalates appropriately.
