Marsh & McLennan Client Account Analyst in Hartford, Connecticut

Performs critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines. Works with more senior Account Managers to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes. Strives to meet sales goals by partnering with more senior Account Managers. Builds and maintains relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. The Client Account Analyst: Serves as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answers standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience. Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients. Core Competencies and Requirements: · 1 – 3 years related work experience. · BA/BS degree preferred. · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. · Comfortable working with data, including strong Excel knowledge. · Self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious, and committed to meeting deadlines. · Attention to detail.
