Exciting opportunity to join Global Security team and support the Fraud Risk Management Program by monitoring and investigating known or suspected acts of fraud. This will include establishing, maturing and monitoring analytics models, investigation practices and fraud and security controls in support of the Fraud Risk Management Program. Fundamental Components:

  • Monitor Fraud model indicators to prevent and detect fraudulent events.

  • Triage suspicious behavior reported via telephone and/or written communications.

  • Plan and conduct complex investigations including fact-finding research, evaluating and extracting pertinent investigative data and creating artifacts to support the investigation outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to build and mature models to prevent and detect fraud and coordinate design activities with the Data Science team.

  • Identify, Implement and mature fraud and security controls in support of the Fraud Risk Management Program

  • Consult on fraud and security best practices as it relates the Fraud Risk Management Program

  • Identify and leverage synergies to layer in fraud and security controls to maximize risk reduction.

  • Manage and monitor Fraud Risk Management policies for adherence and exception management.

  • Create and deliver communications in support of the Fraud Risk Management Program.

  • Complete other tasks, as needed, to further the Fraud Risk Management Program.


  • Experience with data analysis techniques and supporting processes.

  • Experience communicating with internal / external stakeholders on best practices.

  • Exposure to fraud prevention techniques or processes..

  • Detail oriented and strong understanding of cause-effect

  • Experience with FSA / HSA a plus


    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Telework Specifications:

    This position could be filled in multiple locations including, but not limited to, Cranberry, Phoenix & Hartford. Candidate qualifications and fit will define where the fill should take place.
