POSITION SUMMARY

Provide document management and customer service to Large Case Pensions and Investment Management, including document imaging and electronic adding to FileNet, data research and records management.

Fundamental Components:

Provide accurate and timely document imaging/electronic adding to FileNet system in support of Large Case Pensions and Investment Management. Ensure quality audits and performance standards are met. Provide full range of Document Management services including processing contract, plan and participant level file requests, including historical research and following up with offsite vendor when necessary. Maintain file inventories and controls. Run/analyze data reports and accurately report results. Ensure files designated for destruction comply with LCP Records Retention and Destruction policies. Ensure that all LCP Compliance policies and procedures are followed at all times in the handling of all confidential information. Participate as required in special projects such as data maintenance, records destruction process and enhancements/testing of department FileNet P8 system. Participate in team/department projects as required. Some lifting required boxes of scanned material/Iron Mt data.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Effective organization skills and attention to detail and accuracy. Customer service experience. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
