Job Summary:

Under general direction, this position is responsible for leading the Business Resource Center employees and ensuring the effective operation of the center to meet service level agreements to the staff counsel organization. Responsibilities include the acquisition, development, management, engagement and retention of talent needed to effectively and sustainably meet the volume and complexity requirements. This position ensures staff has training and resources required to accomplish goals. This position is responsible for setting work objectives and goals for employees and managing their performance. This position is typically involved in compensation decisions. Employees have a formal reporting relationship to this job. This job is a manager of staff.

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Degree or GED required. A minimum of 5+ years managing people in a legal operational environment required. Proficient in use of email, MS Office, internet search engines, and other software/applications required.
