This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Program Manager/Business Process Analyst with 8-10 years experience to work on a large multi year program. We currently have an opening within our Medicare PMO for a dynamic, self-starting, leader with experience in successful deployment and adoption of large programs. We are seeking a person who works well in matrixed environments and is comfortable directing and communicating with senior leaders.
This position requires strong Medicare industry knowledge, be technically savvy and enjoy continuous learning opportunities.This position will be responsible for end to end ownership of projects impacting the Medicare marketing and sales functions within Aetna.
(*) Proven successful project management of large scale change initiatives impacting multiple business areas.
(*) Experience in development and management of multiple budgets related to various projects and or program.
(*) Highly successful written and verbal communication skills.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
