Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for programming and support of inhouse and vendor systems that support the RMD business.
Responsibilities include performing analysis, design, programming and configuration
with an eye towards accuracy, uptime and speed. Performs analysis, assessment and resolution for defects
and incidents to solve and escalate appropriately. Builds effective relationships
with stakeholders and team members. Utilizes business knowledge to explain technical activities in business terms.
Seeks opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities. Performs solid time management with an ability
to change priorities and subjects as needed.
Embrace latest architectural patterns and practices. Opportunities to experiment with newer technologies,
pitch innovative ideas for sponsorship.

Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies:
Experience with VB.Net, C#, ORMs, LINQ, ASP.NET, Visual Studio = 2015 and MSSQL = 2012
Experience working with web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP
Experience in and understanding of version control (Git, SVN, TFS)
Understanding of XML and XSD
Experience or desire to learn and work with Cloud technologies
Windows Batch and PowerShell experience a plus
Ability to work independently and within a team environment

The Residual Markets Division Information Technology organization is seeking a talented professional
to join the organization as a full-stack Software Developer. Under general supervision and working in a
team environment, provides intermediate programming, configuring and/or analysis skills for
inhouse and vendor systems. Troubleshoots, conducts impact analysis and escalates appropriately.
Works directly with Tech Leads, BSA, Product Owner and other team resources to define technical requirements
and has ability to work with team resources to solve problems.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:
Experience programming in .NET, XML / XSD, SQL, Web Services
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
3 years of programming/development experience preferred.
Operates standard office equipment. Requires extended periods of computer use. Requires extended periods of sitting.
High School diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of programming/development experience required.
