Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Specialist, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Hartford, CT and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Provide technology-enabled solutions to clients. Consult with team members to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve client problems. Function as an integrator in evaluating the organization s technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. Develop functional and process design documents, as well as perform prototyping and testing, and define support procedures. Under supervision, develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures. Perform business process analysis, mapping and design, and current state system analysis. Prepare conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Administer JIRA, JAMA and MS SharePoint for projects and develop JIRA Query Language (JQL) Queries, build dashboards and filters taking into consideration core processes being followed on the projects. Gather requirements from both internal users and client users and convert these requirements into design and implement End to End processes for different issue types in JIRA enabling the project to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the health and success of these end to end processes. Conduct Design Sessions with clients, authoring formal client documents which translates business needs to technical requirement documents including change request and requirements documents and deliverables for the project. Analyze and develop business requirements, determining and proposing AS-IS and TO-BE states, business rules, data elements, and functional, system interface, reporting, data, and non-functional requirements utilizing Visio and MS SharePoint. Work on Screen mock ups, reference tables and Data Elements design documentations. Document End to End Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Perform documented Quality Assurance (QA) and reviews on project Deliverables to align it with business standards and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or a related field.

  • Two years of experience as a Project Delivery Senior Analyst, Program Management Office Analyst, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Administering JIRA, JAMA and MS SharePoint for projects and developing JIRA Query Language (JQL) Queries, building dashboards and filters taking into consideration core processes being followed on the projects;

  • Gathering requirements from both internal users and client users and converting these requirements into design and implement End to End processes for different issue types in JIRA enabling the project to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the health and success of these end to end processes;

  • Conducting Design Sessions with clients, authoring formal client documents which translates business needs to technical requirement documents including change request and requirements documents and deliverables for the project;
