Use your Finance and technical expertise to decipher clients’ Finance functions and figure out their needs in areas such as Accounting, Controls (Costs and Executive), Treasury, Investment Management and Real Estate Management
Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art Finance organizations powered by SAP ERP Finance tools such as S/4HANA, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling)
Lead delivery of stand-out SAP Finance solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs and position them for long-term success
Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term Finance function vision to life
Grow Accenture’s SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts
Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team’s expertise in SAP and organization Finance
Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

As a Technology Consulting Senior Manager you will be responsible for:
Delivery advisory services to the IT and Finance function of organizations: CIO/CTO/CDO/Controllers
Deconstruct key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions
Deliver advisory services in support of technology-enabled business change (integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery)
Help create innovative and differentiated SAP solutions that will help the group stay relevant and “in the new” in our marketplace
Assist in growing market share by leveraging relationships and contributing to proposals
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 7 years of SAP Finance transformation or consulting experience
Experience should include working on at least one SAP Central Finance project
Minimum of 5 years of Finance advisory experience
At least 3 years of experience in a global SAP delivery role
Experience with the business development process and SAP Value Proposition
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus Points If:
You understand the technology and how it affects their area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new
You have the desire be client-facing and develop a career that involves being at the forefront in communicating to C-suite individuals about how SAP can help them achieve their strategic initiatives
You come from or will be comfortable in an "up or onward" model where learning, growth and development are a constant essential part of becoming a successful consultant
