Software Developer (MDM)
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Support enterprise MDM and shared data platform
Interpret business requirements and technical artifacts and determine most efficient design solution to the production problem
Manage and configure, debug data integrations
Work with the architects and system analyst to maintain platform and solution design
Understand current state MDM solution, identify gaps and implement technical fix in collaboration with solution architects
Understand, track and maintain multiple ongoing MDM Implementation/integrations
Data Integration experience includes the design and development of ETL to and from databases
Implement automated monitoring & controls across production and critical non-production applications/ services
Create and manage audit, balance and controls to maintain data accuracy and quality across the platform
Will work towards stream lining and setting up DevOps processes
Maintain and manage platform and identify impact of upgrades, patches etc.
Experience in leading other team members in performing configuration tasks

Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies:
Experience with Informatica MDM V 10, 9.x is must
Experience in defining standardization rules, match and merge rules, configuring thresholds, configuring events, and integration of data to and from the MDM is must
Experience with multi domain implementations is good to have
Experience in messaging and web service integrations is good to have
Experience with RDMBS (oracle preferred)
Experience tuning all aspects of MDM processing is preferred
Knowledge of or experience with data quality tools like Informatica IDQ or IBM Qualitystage is good to have
Experience with Oracle DB tuning is good to have
Unix and/or other scripting experience is preferred
Prefer experience developing operations support guides is preferred
Well versed in the following data domains: Master Data, Operational Data, Analytical Data, Unstructured Data, and Metadata
Traveler’s Digital Enablement is looking for a Software Development/ MDM support engineer for infomatica MDM (Master Data Management) and shared data platform program. We are looking for people with a passion for data, information, technology and can communicate MDM Production system with various stakeholders across enterprise. This person will collaborate with business users and various business unit production support operations to understand and identify opportunities for improvement. The person will need to work with our developer community to continuously develop and enforce the best practices and processes. The person will act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications, systems, and technologies. Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
7+ years total work experience
5+ years of work experience in MDM in development & maintenance of MDM applications
Operates standard office equipment. Requires extended periods of computer use. Requires extended periods of sitting.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience, and five years of programming/development experience.
