Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Executing the EMR insights platform and associated processes, which will provide enterprise-wide access to the department’s historical and current research

Identifying, curating, and auditing internal and third-party research content for use in the platform

Championing of our research content, ensuring the department’s resources, findings, and recommendations are optimally shared with our internal partners and stakeholders

Working with manager to create meaningful analysis that is accurate, appropriate, and actionable for our internal clients

Helping develop recommendations, sometimes intended for senior management, based on internal and external research, while demonstrating insight, creativity, and neutrality

Collaborating with multiple departments, including sales, product development, enterprise underwriting, actuarial, marketing, claim, etc.

Balancing multiple projects while working with manager to help prioritize deliverables

Providing professional-level customer service to internal clients

Producing clear, concise write-ups and/or presentations of findings

Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies:

Demonstrates strong writing skills and critical thinking

Experience with platform/content management desirable

Job Summary:

Enterprise Market Research (EMR) provides internal clients with objective, credible insights to help profitably grow the business, build the brand and positively position Travelers in the marketplace.

This position will report to the Manager, Enterprise Market Research and will interact broadly with the entire EMR team as well as internal business unit clients.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or comparable discipline preferred; MBA or other advanced degrees desirable

2- 4 years related work experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
