Aetna's Sales Effectiveness Team is growing and expanding! This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing, collaborative team and develop intuitive dashboards for the senior leadership. This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of Tableau Dashboards supporting Commercial Sales Segment and Local Market leads. This position will assist in architecting and building the rapid development reporting environment and maintain and enhance automated reports.
Extensive knowledge of data visualization techniques and visual design concepts Design and develop user friendly dashboards using complex health care datasets from different sources Create high performance visualizations that address strategic and tactical business needs Develop reusable modular templates, connected dashboards and self-service reporting Evaluate dashboard performance periodically and improve dashboard load/refresh times Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation to increase awareness and promote adoption of dashboards Showcase outcomes/results of statistical models on intuitive dashboards Implement best practices to ensure dashboard design consistency across all dashboards for best user experience
2 or more years of health research, epidemiology or pharmaceutical industry analytic experience. - Strong problem solving, analytical, and project management skills. - Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking ability. - Understanding of relational databases, data systems and data warehouses. - Strong reporting skills using Excel, Access, Word and/or PowerPoint. - Experience with Tableau as well as designing and developing dashboards using Tableau Desktop for various organizational metrics and indicators using best practices and industry standards
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
