Aetna Talent Acquisition Project Manager in Hartford, Connecticut

This position will support activities related to various Talent Acquisition initiatives, including project and program management, communications, reporting and training.
Fundamental components include but are not limited to:
Facilitation, reporting and communications of external agency utilization.
Production of weekly reporting deliverables for various businesses / levels of management.
Ongoing support of the Employee Referral Program (REACH), including program implementations, policy review, issue resolution, training and communications.
Production of executive-level presentations and communications
Development and delivery of training to members of TA, HR and the business.
May identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and / or existing products, services and workflows.
May work individually or as part of a team to complete deliverables.
May serve as subject matter expert.
3-5 years work experience, preferably in Human Resources.
Proven track record meeting project dates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Intermediate level expertise with Excel and PowerPoint.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
