Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Experience with modern technologies, architectures and agile development methods, and are comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments
Able to build and lead high-functioning teams and can help attract, develop, and retain top talent and help develop core engineering skills
Develop and implement the operational tools and processes necessary to improve reliability. This includes the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure as well as a best practice approach to managing data center facilities and assets
Implementation of a best practice continuous improvement process that includes incident analysis, prioritizing and implementing improvements, and ongoing emphasis on automation and prevention
Leadership qualities include fostering teamwork and trust, exhibiting respectful and transparent communication, demonstrating collaboration both with their peers and across Tech & Ops, supporting and lead change, and fostering diversity and inclusiveness

Infrastructure Operations Services
As the VP of Infrastructure Operations Services within Infrastructure and Cloud Services (ICS), you will lead an organization responsible for supporting our core data center facilities, technology operations center, print services, disaster recovery, and field office/campus locations. As the leader of Infrastructure Operations Services you will help to drive the optimization and efficiency of our core data center facilities and assets. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on sustainable and efficient data center practices along with a thorough asset management discipline. In addition, you will have a strong alignment with our engineering and production services organizations to ensure best practice alerting, notification, and operations center management, reporting, and analytics. Strong collaboration and engineering best practice skills are required to ensure a coordinated approach to problem identification, analysis, and mitigation. The leader of Infrastructure Operations Services will also be responsible for a best practice multi-cloud mission control that connects on-premise and public cloud enterprise wide monitoring, alerting, and operations management.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, advanced degree a plus
10+ years of experience including 5+ managing and developing engineering teams
Experience with agile development practices/methodologies
Experience monitoring and managing public cloud-based platforms
A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both professional and management capabilities have been clearly demonstrated required. A minimum of 4 years of people management experience required.
