IBM Administrative Assistant in HEREDIA, Costa Rica

Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to provide a wide range of administrative services for the client which includes IBM executives and managers. To execute this role effectively the assistant should have a high degree of situational awareness and be technically proficient, able to work independently, proactive, flexible adaptable, self-motivated, a team player and client oriented. Works effectively in a complex and demanding environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor. Continually requires a high degree of autonomy. The role necessitates working effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborating globally across countries.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • English: Advanced and Fluent (90% and up)

  • High School Diploma

  • At least one year of experience in multinational area

  • At least one year of experience as administrative assistant

  • At least one year of experience in customer service

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Administrative Asssistant or Secretary technical diploma
