Scope / responsibilities:

The IBM GBS Business Operations Support is looking for people interested in developing a career in a great environment providing support to peers, working with IBM tools to keep systems updated accurately and timely.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Skills Required:

  • English: Advance both spoken & written

  • Studies related: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems or related

  • Time Management and Prioritization skills

  • Attention to details

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Self-starter

  • Experience in Customer Service Roles or administrative support.

  • PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
