This role is office based in High Point, NC.

One of the following shifts will be required: 8am-4:30pm or 11:30am-8:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the provision of worklife consultation and informational services to members and plan sponsors; assesses needs, proposes care options, researches/screens potential services, provides resource referrals, and coaches individuals on how to use resources to handle various life and work situations. This is in a call center environment.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

2 years minimum of behavioral health experience required

1-3 years of experience in social or human services preferred (case mgmt, clinical, psychiatric, medical setting)

Experience in handling family situations and/or relationship concerns

Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook required

Experience working with diverse populations required

Knowledge and /or experience in Employee Assistance Programs

Experience working in call center environment

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
