Sr. IT Project Manager, Financial Information Systems Hoboken, New Jersey Are you a Leader who can mobilize people to perform their best? Are you a proven Project Manager who has built high-performance project teams? Showcase your IT Project Management skills in this very visible role where you will lead teams in the execution of projects in our fast-paced Financial Information Systems (FIS) group. Located in Hoboken, NJ you will lead a minimum of 4 to 5 project teams in North America.

This position is for a seasoned professional individual contributor in Information Technology, who works independently with minimal supervision. This role supports all existing operational processes to achieve project delivery, drive project governance, provide tracking and reporting and assist Senior Management in evolving/maturing Project methodologies. This role will manage the delivery of projects on the Oracle E-Business Suite application. MMC has two EBS systems on release 12 which require various initiatives. Some examples of these initiatives are iExpense, iProcurement, AGIS, Secondary Ledgers, Vertex Tax Upgrades and EFT.

Have a general understanding of enterprise-level financial systems and processes to manage projects in our E-Business Services area to include statutory requirements, the processing of invoices, receipts, tax upgrades and procurement invoicing

Support our financial colleagues by answering their questions about our Financial Systems

Maintain the PMO methodology and lifecycle processes

Create and maintain all documents that support the PMO Methodology

Educate and consult with the PM group on the PMO methodology

Ensure methodology compliance, auditing and tracking of ongoing projects; using the agreed tools at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follows the approved methodology.

Analyze data and provides Value Add reports on a weekly/monthly basis to PMO leadership and stakeholders

Create and maintain toolsets used by the Program Management group

Recommend corrective actions on projects, if required

Work closely with the Program and Portfolio Managers to review finances

Work with Finance to agree the finance templates and produce the Weekly/Monthly Finance reports

Work with Senior IT Management to agree on yearly timelines

Work with stakeholders to implement value add change across Project Management Qualifications Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a Bachelor of Business Administration

Proven enterprise level project management skills, preferable have a PMP

Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more people

Demonstrable leadership capabilities

General Knowledge of financial systems and processes


International experience helpful

Proven experience managing high performing project teams
