IBM Student Assistant for Business Compliance in HOLTE, Denmark

Job Description

IBM Denmark is looking for a new proactive and independent student assistant with a start date 01-11-2018 to be a part of Nordic Cloud and Solution Business Compliance Team. The job will be approximately 15 hours on a weekly basis.

Nordic Cloud and Solution Business Control Management Team supports the IBM Cloud and Solution Sales and Management organisation in the Nordic countries. Our mission is to provide process compliance guidance and operational support to all Nordic Cloud and Solution Sales Leaders, Service and Revenue Process Owners as a trusted Advisor.

In the position:

Your will work with Nordic Cloud and Solution Business Compliance.

For Business compliance your primarily work tasks as compliance assistant you will support the Business Compliance Manager with compliance testing for Cloud and Solution Nordic on a monthly and quarterly basis, including analysis of the department for their strong and weak areas, and support development of current and new Compliance tests. This include checks in order to support the Cloud and Solution Nordic and meet the business requirements. You will also be part of the support to the Nordic region sales organization with primary focus on the adherence to sales processes.

We expect you to be:

  • Independent, proactive and cooperative

  • Work in a structured way with your work tasks, perform with high quality and manage deadlines

  • Can manage several work tasks at once

  • Experienced user in Excel and PowerPoint

A successful candidate would be:

  • Open minded

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A team player

  • Able to identify and drive tasks from end to end

It is an requirement:

  • That you are on your bachelor or master

  • That you at least have 1,5 year left of your studies –preferable more

  • Speaks and write fluent English
