Job Summary

We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.

To cope with the growth of the business in the Building Engineering – MEP team, we would invite high caliber candidates to apply for the following positions. Candidates will be assigned to specific sub-functions based on their experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, design and direct the function/sub-function overall short-term or medium term strategic and tactical direction as well as operational oversight

• Responsible for overall technical design lead of projects, dealing directly with client relationship management and business development

• Manage the overall budget

• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team

• Project management and contract administration

• Bid management and prepare proposals for various projects

• Manage compilation of technical reports, designs, specifications, drawings and documents

Minimum Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in design and project management.

• Membership or a recognized professional Institute is an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective project management and business development skills

• Experience in managing large-scale building/infrastructure/healthcare/overseas related projects would be an advantage
