Kaiser Permanente Student Intern (Sales/Account Management Support) in Honolulu, Hawaii

Under general supervision, this position provides analytical support to a project or department. Performs administrative duties as directed. Assists in preparation of special documents and management reports in areas of data information collection, compilation of findings utilizing spreadsheets, graphics and database software, and simple analyses to assist in variety of administrative projects. Handles a range of advanced administrative duties. Emphasis in job duties are presentation skills, business communication skills, networking, and interviewing skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Completes defined projects as specified by division leadership and reports project results to Kaiser Permanente leadership. Organizes assigned project tasks, identifies and structures information collection activities, and sets timelines for completion of required tasks.

  • Prepares data requests, extracts information from different sources to compile data, prepares and formats graphs, spreadsheets and reports.

  • Schedules conference calls and meetings. Provides administrative and project support as assigned.

  • Contributes to the development of presentations materials.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications.

  • Solid analytical skills, problem solving, project management and critical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior office, clerical, or administrative experience.
