IBM IT Client Enablement in HORTOLANDIA, Brazil

Job Description

Responsible for Local IT support for CPS Delivery Contracts.

Help the Operations Team set up new equipment;

IBM/Client Hardware and Software configuration and support;

Interface with other IBM IT / Infra teams and also Client IT counterparts when necessary;

Monitor the IT health for the project and track issues down to closure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience in IT Support;

Knowledge of:

  • Windows Environment

  • Network (basics)

  • Hardware Configuration

  • MS Office Package

Advanced English is required.

Candidate must be dynamic, proactive, communicative and able to work with aggressive deadlines.
