The B2B Digital Marketer Implementer plays a key role in the overall media, event & digital strategy for both brand and channel, in order to meet Shell Catalysts & Technologies' strategic roadmap objectives.
Scope of influence and accountability includes content strategy, tradeshow and event advertising, paid search engine marketing, digital video, social media, websites, sales and customer digital content platforms, e.g. HubSpot, Global Shell Site, Subdomain Landing Pages, SEO, Digital Display Marketing that supports all channels
Accountable for participating and strategizing with both brand and digital agencies; ensures the content calendar is thoroughly developed and clearly communicated to marketing both locally and globally, as well as sales
High influence on regional events across the Americas, positioning Shell Catalysts & Technologies as the industry leader
Responsible for maintaining content calendar and analyzing content competency/proficiencies and closing the gap across the organization
Plays a key role in helping to influence the long-term digital roadmap

Houston - Westhollow Technology Center
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency environment or digital marketing roles
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or any related field.
Demonstrated LinkedIn campaign management experience
Proficiency in working with digital advertising, social media and analytics software and tools: Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms
Experience creating and managing multi-channel content calendars
Ability to drive content creation and creative processes that reflect business goals
Prior event marketing experience
Experience running global digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
Strong analytical capacity and creative thinking skills
Skilled at generating useful insights from data and analytics
Demonstrated evidence delivering excellence in the marketplace through social campaigns
Robust communications skills, verbal presentation skills, and written editorial content
Advanced experience utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skillset to continually evaluate program ROI analysis. Seek ways to continually optimize plans to deliver business results.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
