We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the position of ICS Security Manager within IT-ICS Security and GRC department located in Houston, TX. This is a leadership position with direct reports.
A successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for:
Significantly improving and maturing Oxy’s Corporate ICS security capabilities, posture, and internal practice.
Setting and managing the execution of Oxy’s Corporate ICS security Strategy.
Setting and measuring adherence to Oxy’s Corporate ICS security standard, procedures, and guidelines.
Leading multi-functional teams to build, deploy, implement, and support new ICS security capabilities.
Leading the creation and development of the OT/ICS portion of Oxy’s Corporate SOC.
Leading, developing, and mentoring staff to ensure growth of internal ICS security expertise.
Managing and directing consulting firm/contract resources to achieve desired risk reduction goals.
Managing complex scope, timelines, and deliverables provided by a variety of third parties.
Selecting and approving technology, partner and vendors associated with ICS Security at Oxy.
Exceptional leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to set a vision and inspire action.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other relevant discipline.
Working knowledge of common Cybersecurity and ICS Security frameworks including NIST CSF and CIS.
3 or more years of experience managing/directing/leading staff.
5 or more years of experience managing ICS Security risk.
Familiarity with common industrial control systems. (Emerson, Honeywell, ABB, Wonderware, etc.)
Security certification such as CISSP, GICSP
Networking certifications such as a CCENT, CCNA
Project Management certifications such as PMP, CSM
Familiarity or certifications in common industry best practices (ITIL, SDLC, AGILE, COBIT)
Working knowledge of common risk management processes/frameworks
Familiarity with PHA and Process Safety Approaches
Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics.
