IBM Manager, Financial Services Cloud Practice (Central) - Bluewolf in Houston, Texas

To drive this mission, we need a strong Manager, Financial Services Cloud to enable our valued clientele to achieve excellence by successfully implementing and leveraging the Financial Services Cloud. This role supports Bluewolf’s global Sales Technology & Effectiveness Go-to-Market (GTM) and is responsible for driving quality delivery through leadership and innovation while also focusing on enabling Bluewolf sales teams and supporting key client engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as key representative under the global Sales GTM Leader

  • Responsible for Financial Services Cloud bookings number as well as billable utilization goals

  • Sales responsibility that includes pipeline growth, delivery enablement, client facing delivery execution

  • Global responsibility for Financial Services Cloud practice, including:

  • Pre-Sales support, offerings, PoV, sales assets

  • Delivery enablement

  • Channel development

  • Marketing

  • Drive ongoing development and innovation with new and select clients

  • Partner with customers to develop and implement roadmaps focused on CRM excellence and technology improvement/enablement

  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators for delivery, revenue and utilization

  • Collaborate internally to ensure alignment of and achievement of business goals

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field

  • 5+ years selling experience in a Software/Services environment, with 2-3 years of management experience

  • Proven background with Salesforce CRM (Financial Services & Sales Cloud)

  • Experience in financial services industry working with Salesforce (Sales, Sales Operations, IT, or Program Management capacity)

  • Engagement Manager/delivery background in Salesforce CRM

  • Superb negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills, with impeccable business judgment and decision making abilities
