Oracle Strategic Accounts Executive - Lead - Unlimited License Agreement Team in Houston, Texas
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner.12 years applicable experience including 9 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Interaction with C level players. In this role you will work directly with some of Oracle’s most strategic customers who are in active negotiation for a ULA (Enterprise License Agreement) to help them define or refine transformational programs of change by:
Identifying customer business and technology strategies
Assessing the current state and envisioning future state
Identifying strategic improvement opportunities and aligning them to business imperatives
Developing a business case for change, including quantified financial benefits with full ROI
Prioritizing improvement opportunities
Negotiate Unlimited License Agreements including key terms and conditions - price, product,
This position will serve as the lead negotiator for the largest, most strategic deals. A person with 12 years of experience doing enterprise agreements with F500 companies is a good fit for this role. This individual will have strong executive presence as the deals they work on will have C-level visibility both within Oracle and with the customer.
The Strategic Accounts Executive will serve as a resource and team lead around deal negotiations. The person in the Strategic Accounts Executive role should also meet the requirements of the below description for ULA Tech Rep and be an expert closer in order to provide the value to the organization in this capacity.
Oracle seeks a Technology Sales Representative covering select Strategic Accounts. This field sales representative will be responsible for selling Oracle’s License Technology Solutions including Database, Middleware, Integration, Security, etc. into some of Oracle’s top customers.
Primary job duty is to sell license technology software products and related services within a defined Strategic Account territory. Responsible to qualify and close sales opportunities comprising both Enterprise License Agreements and transactional business. Leverages the Oracle sales resources to maximize revenue growth and increase market share.
Develop and execute an effective territory plan to drive sales revenue and customer satisfaction;
Commit to and deliver results based on assigned monthly and quarterly targets;
Actively manage the progression of sales opportunities by leading the effort with internal resources or teaming with business partners; and
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using Oracle Sales Cloud.
Ability to build trust quickly and develop strong long-term relationships with business executives.
Experience building consistent new revenue pipeline
Articulate the value of Oracle’s License Technology Solutions;
Determine customer requirement and use cases;
Exhibit written and verbal communication skills;
Comfort in interacting with customer executives in Information Technology and lines of business;
Organize and quickly multi-task; and
Proven ability to sell data and platform technologies.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and involves problem solving skills during sales engagements, as well as the ability to develop strong executive relationships. Preference for experience with 5 years of enterprise sales with ideally a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree and MBA is a plus. Ability to travel as needed.
