The CRM Interface Specialist's primary role will be to help create reports that help the Sales Leaders harness the power of Salesforce.com. This role will be responsible for working with Sales Leaders and teams to create regular and ad hoc reports to help manage sellers and opportunities within their specific area of control.
The successful candidate will be an expert in Salesforce.com, possess excellent communication skills who can work closely with the executive management team, and be analytical/proactive in helping Sales Leaders manage their respective territories.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Highly versed in SalesForce.com, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Possess excellent communication skills
Experience presenting to senior level executives
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Ability to work with and communicate regularly with executives
Highly familiar with sales culture
