Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be the liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for on-going sales support activities for the order to invoice process

  • Building and maintaining influential customer and supplier relationships

  • Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base

  • Process quotes for new and existing orders in Oracle

  • Work with internal and external resources, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and ensuring on-time delivery of orders

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of sales experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

  • Strong communication, negotiating, multitasking and organization skills

  • Outlook and Oracle experience preferred

  • Good problem solving and multi-tasking abilities

  • Effective time management skills
