Business Unit Introduction
IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) helps clients plan, implement and manage an efficient, resilient, flexible IT infrastructure. IBM GTS is the partner of choice for infrastructure services – be it transformational outsourcing tied to business outcomes or integrated managed services or discrete services.
Who you are :
As a Specialist you will apply your expertise in developing and implementation of the solution architecture. You will also be working on product customization, integration and extensions required for the solution to meet the customer’s expectation.
What you’ll do :
Should be responsible for managing and coordinating global integrated services delivery teams for the account and client until the engagement reaches steady state operations.
Work with client and strategic outsourcing team to drive large-scale product awareness and adoption within the enterprise.
Collaborate with Service Integration Leader and Brokerage Architects to plan, manage and coordinate the implementation of the contractual requirements for the client engagement and obtain buy-in from Executives and account teams.
Should be responsible for document of understanding and statement of work management to ensure delivery obligations are met and scope is effectively managed.
Act as the service delivery advocate between the IBM Strategic Outsourcing team and the Brokerage delivery support organization.
Work with the Strategic Outsourcing team and client (as appropriate) to understand client requirements.
Maintain an intermediate level understanding of technical services supported by the Brokerage platform with the ability to provide direction to teams in support of client critical business processes and services.
Work closely with the Brokerage Architects to ensure appropriate solution designs and field level customizations are designed and implemented on behalf of the client
Facilitate the delivery of the Brokerage services, including delivery quality, activity/tasks management, coordination with members of the extended delivery organization and coordination with Product Management and Engineering teams.
Provide appropriate client/engagement level status in conjunction with the Service Integration Leader
Serve as the “voice of the client”, raising client requirements and enhancement requests to the Product Management and Engineering organizations within Brokerage Services
Responsible for overall health of the account – Operational ,Compliance, Financial and Client Satisfaction from Brokerage Delivery perspective in the transformation stages of the engagement

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Preferably 2+ years experience in Program Management.
5+ years of experience in Project Management.
Experience in understanding of ITIL framework and Service Management.
Experience with Release Management life cycle.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
• 10 – 12 years in delivery management experience in the technology industry, preferably in a client-facing role
• Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent
• Experienced Agile practitioner.
• Able to self-manage and use proven judgment on when to ask for assistance or guidance from senior managers
• Proven communication skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience in Consulting is desired
• May be required to travel to the customer site(s)
