Product Manager/Strategy 2-ProdDev
As a member of the product development division, you will define
product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to
define product specifications and could review design specifications.
Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster
relationships with other groups. Direct development of product documentation
and collateral and review them for superlative customer experience in using the
product. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Specific functions include
Gather and document businessrequirements of new enhancements being developed into the product
Work with product team todevelop user stories, UI mock-ups; solicit and analyze user feedback
Produce and reviewdocumentation that will be used by user from the business to technical end
Partner with outside/outboundproduct manager, sales and marketing to deliver high quality productcollateral if needed
Launch new services/features byworking closely with outside/outbound product managers, marketing, andsales organizations to maximize product adoption
Present to internalstakeholders, customers and partners
Represent the products withtraining and presentations to the Oracle field and customers
Excellent writing andpresentation skills

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
