May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Seeking a Technical Consultant to implement Enterprise Risk Management solutions at our financial institution clients. Consultants shall become experts in Oracle s unique Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and support our clients in their transformation initiatives including Risk management and Regulatory compliance. OFSAA consultants shall design and implement Oracle s industry leading products that are well suited to solving some of the unique issues that financial institutions face today. OFSAA Technical Consultants participate in multiple client implementation tasks. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, a TCN must work closely with both Technical and Functional subject matter experts, and other team members to successfully deploy OFSAA based applications.
Under senior management s direction - design, implement and deploy Oracle OFSAA ERM applications including Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Basel requirements utilizing Oracle s project management methodologies.
Use prior knowledge of financial services products and experience with the typical data elements required to craft OFSAA based solutions for medium-to-complex business requirements

Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new concepts, relate them to client issues and craft solutions.
Support all phases of deploying the OFSAA platform and applications at customer sites including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, user acceptance testing and go-live.
Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA platform and applications.
Discuss and document configuration of client environment.
Adopt and contribute to OFSAA best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization.
Travel on some projects will be 100%.
Strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong written and oral communication skills in the language of the assigned country. The TCN must be able to clearly articulate AAI functionality and requirements to both clients and colleagues at all levels, from engineering staff to senior executive management.
Experience with UNIX (Solaris, Linux, AIX) operating systems, shell scripting and associated hardware platforms and peripherals.
Working knowledge of Oracle databases, data warehouse concepts and data modeling.
Working knowledge on middleware platforms Weblogic, WebSphere, Tomcat etc.
Extensive hands-on working knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL and application tuning
Understanding of dimensionality and normality database concepts.
Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a client s IT processes and strategies. In addition, must be able to lead clients through the process of integrating the AAI platform in their operational environment.
Mature, self-starting, self-motivating, and capable of making decisions independently.
Prior implementation experience in OFSAA Risk products
Implementation experience with AAI legacy solutions (Reveleus, Mantas, Oracle Financial Manager)
Data modelling skills.
Working knowledge in OBIEE will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with ETL tools and OLAP concepts and tools.
Knowledge of the financial services industry.
Graduate or undergraduate level degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering.
Participate in knowledge transfer workshops with client s IT staff to facilitate architectural and deployment decisions.
Participate in technical design activities to support configuration.
Participate in architecture discussion and propose best practices to implement OFSAA applications
Assess client environment and suggest OFSAA deployment approach

o Data Mapping
o Record Count / Rolling History requirements

Knowledge on sourcing data from data lake and Big data
Work with client s IT staff to build a job schedule.
Participate in Oracle's internal testing process.
Work with the business and technical consultants to implement OFSAA applications
Support client's acceptance phase to remediate identified issues.
Knowledge transfer to client on technical configuration
