Principal Consultant - Financials functional
Qualified Chartered Accountants – CA or ICWAI or Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA Finance) with 7 to 10 years of total experience with at least 6 to 7 years of Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience and 1 to 3 years of Industry experience in Finance and Accounting
Preference would be given for Fusion Financial implementation experience
Experience in modules like Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Oracle Time & Labor, Project Contracts and additional experience in Finance will be ab added advantage
At least 4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.
Should have experience in conducting architecture, design and solution workshops and Conference Room Pilots
Should have experience in developing functional solution for integrations, conversions and reporting and preparing functional designs and supporting the technical development of extensions.
Should have experience in configuring the Applications in a client facing role
Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal, mandatory.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn.
Should be good team player and have good analytical skills

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
