Project Manager - CX
As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple CRM projects and would be overall responsible for delivery of the projects.
Additionally you will be for supporting and handholding the Junior consultants and also contributing to the overall business growth including bid management, solutioning, etc
Following are summary descriptions of the essential duties and responsibilities of this position:
Manages projects and/or project remediation.
Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements) for one or more engagements.
Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan.
Drive implementation by motivating and directing the project team, a team which may include cross functional departments, third-party vendors, partners, and the client.
Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements.
Identify and communicate opportunities for new business.
May include responsibility for technical development.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Ability, and Background
The following knowledge, skills, abilities and background is required:
Around 10-12 years of experience including around 5 years in CRM domain
3 years in Project Management
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections.
Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate requirements.
Prior project management experience required exhibiting ability to follow solid project management principles.
Must be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projects.
Strong people/communication skills to deal with company, customers, and vendors.
Experience in managing SaaS implementation(Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing Cloud) preferred.
Should be hands-on with at least one CRM product.
Other CRM product skills preferred.
Selling skills required at higher levels.
PMP certification preferred.
Willing to travel
Excellent organization and time management
Multi-product (CRM) knowledge and project management would be an added advantage
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
