Job Summary

Essential Job Function: POSITION CONTINGENT UPON AVAILABILITY This is a worldwide rotational assignment as part of a Flexible workforce pool (Flex Pool); with duties beginning at the Las Vegas, NV Program Office. Employee must be able to support TDY deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations as required in support of Predator-series UAS maintenance. Tracks all flight discrepancy reports leaving the facility and their return. Ensures parts due in from maintenance are tracked, and takes appropriate actions to meet applicable goals.

Accounts for all materials being shipped out of, and received at, the facility. Keeps a running inventory of stock using appropriate software. Researches and orders parts, materials and tools for use. Keeps track of government property entering and leaving the facility. Processes paperwork, including filing DD-1149s. Ensures proper allotment of material to appropriate personnel. Logs government property and maintains records with appropriate identifying tags.

Minimum Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent; must have completed military or vocational technical school curriculum. Must have five to eight years professional experience with recent aviation maintenance experience. Must be familiar with computerized databases, spreadsheets, and computerized inventory management programs. Must have strong interpersonal skills and have experience dealing with customers. Employment category will be based on candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Upon hiring, the company may provide a training class on UAV Predator/Reaper Series ordnance training at Indian Springs/Creech AFB, NV; Grey Butte, CA or similar location as assigned. Additional “on the job” training may be required following end of course. Upon successful completion of all required training, the employee will report to assigned location.

Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship upon hire. Must submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire start date. Must be able to gain/maintain the required security clearance level and special access authorization as a condition of continued employment.

Preferred Qualifications

Current DoD Security Clearance

Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Prior experience with UAS systems
