CACI International Sr Facility Operations Specialist/SITE LEAD in International, Afghanistan
CACI is seeking an Sr. Facility Operations Specialist/SITE LEAD that will manage a wide and broad variety of services and accompanying labor force for assigned location overseas and ensures the maintenance, repair, construction and operation of all assigned systems and supporting infrastructure. Includes responsibility for work control, planning, infrastructure, and facilities support and operations.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence budgets and schedules and site plans.
Plans, coordinates and supervises all contract activities and serves as the principal representative all matters pertaining to the contract. Continually measures and analyzes progress.
Responsible for personnel, finance, training, supply systems and support services necessary for specific site contract.
Effectively manages any employee management issues that may arise.
- You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
Associates Degree from an accredited university and a six years’ experience in facility operations; or 10 year’s Military experience in facility related operations.
Experience in the management of an operational military unit/activity or civilian equivalent is required.
Familiarity with all aspects of facility operation to include but not limited to HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical operations. Previous support experience with DPW or similar entities required.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to include a specific knowledge of technical military writing style and format.
Ability to direct and manage personnel and resources.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships in overall facilities management.
