Job Description

CACI is seeking a Project Manager to support our customer in DOHA QATAR .

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for management across a single program or a program with multiple related projects or a portfolio of projects.

  • This includes planning, organizing, and oversight for the successful completion of program level goals and objectives.

  • Duties may include ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.

  • This family also interfaces with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.

  • Most jobs in this family have profit and loss (P&L) responsibility - defined as having direct influence on how company resources are allocated and being accountable for the performance of a self-contained unit delivering on the targets set and within budget by managing costs (decrease) and revenue (increase).

  • Identified as the single point of contact (POC) in charge of the program that leadership can hold accountable for execution; the named Program Manager, e.g. CES-C identified.

  • Director+ level PMs reside in the Program Management (L) career stream not Executive.

  • Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements.

  • The Project Manager will lead an on-site team focused on installation of electronic security system (ESS) to include integration, implementation, operation, sustainment and troubleshooting of electrical components, equipment and systems for power and communication (fiber optic) plant (outside and inside) supporting the ESS.

  • Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.

  • Manages the direction of non-technical and technical project tasks through the design, implementation, installation and testing in accordance with project objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Possesses a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or technical field related to engineering, construction or IT.

  • Possesses a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management for the installation, testing, operation and maintenance of electronic systems.

  • Experience and understanding of construction designs for power and communications plant in support of electronic security system installation.

  • Must have Active DoD Secret Clearance.

  • 100% TDY at customer site locations.
